If you are a novice windsurfer being overtaken or there’s another surfer coming towards you – attempt to not panic or drop your equipment in the pathway of the surfer.
When you are the slower windsurfer and someone is heading to overcome you, don’t panic. Just let them come around and make sure not to get in their way.
Now that you know these few easy rules you’re heading to do fine, and you are one step closer to your windsurfing holiday journey! A bit of practice and you will be surfing with confidence. Just keep in mind that “right is right” – i.e. If your right hand is on the mast then you have to right of way.
